      目的 研究方格星虫体壁肌肉和体腔液中的矿物元素组成及其与沉积物生境之间的相关性,旨在为方格星虫体内矿物元素开发利用和沉积物内元素的生物富集特征分析提供依据。 方法 在无扰动养殖区(N)、高强度采挖区(H)、中等强度采挖区(R)收集方格星虫和沉积物样品,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中的矿物元素。采用Pearson相关性分析和生物富集系数探讨方格星虫体壁元素与环境沉积物的关系。结果1)方格星虫肌肉中微量元素含量表现为钾>钠>镁>钙>铁>锌>铜>锶>砷>硒等,体腔液中的微量元素含量表现为钠>钾>镁>钙>铁>锶>锰>硒>砷>钒>钼>铅>镉>钴。Pearson相关分析发现,方格星虫肌肉钒元素含量和体腔液中的镉、钙元素均与沉积物具有显著正相关关系。2)方格星虫体壁肌肉中生物富集系数较高的矿物元素包括钾、镉、铜、硒、钼、锡和砷等,体腔液中生物富集系数较高的矿物元素包括钾、镉、钙、钠、锶等。不同处理组方格星虫体壁、体腔液中的矿物元素富集系数均表现出相近的变化趋势。3)高强度采挖组(H组)方格星虫体壁肌肉中的钾元素生物富集系数显著高于无扰动养殖组(N组)和中等强度采挖组(R组),而H组的镉、铜、钼生物富集系数显著低于N和R组(P<0.05)。高强度采挖组(H组)方格星虫体腔液中的钾、锶元素生物富集系数显著高于无扰动养殖组(N组)和中等强度采挖组(R组),而H组的镉、铜元素生物富集系数显著低于N组和R组(P<0.05),不同采挖方式可能影响了相关元素的分布或结合状态。结论 方格星虫体壁和体腔液矿物元素组成丰富,具有重要的开发利用价值。方格星虫对于不同元素的生物富集能力不同,部分元素含量受环境沉积物的影响。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the potential development of mineral elements in Sipunculus nudus and the effects of their surrounding sediments on S. nudus, the detections of trace elements in S. nudus and sediments were carried out. Methods The samples were derived from three sampling sites (non-digging site, high-pressure spraying site, manual extraction site). The S. nudus and sediment samples were analyzed using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Results 1) The results indicated that the contents of mineral element in body muscle showed as K>Na>Mg>Ca>Fe>Zn>Cu>Sr>As>Se, and the mineral element in coelomic fluid showed as Na> K> Mg> Ca> Fe> Sr> Mn> Se>As> V> Mo > Pb>Cd>Co. V in body muscle, Cd and Ca in coelomic fluid were positively associated with the corresponding mineral elements in sediment through Pearson analysis (P<0.05). 2) The average bioaccumulation factors of the elements in body muscle ranked as K>Cd>Cu>Se>Mo>Sn>As, and the average bioaccumulation factors of the elements in coelomic fluid ranked as K>Cd>Ca>Na>Sr. The bioaccumulation factors of the elements had the same change trend in the different sampling sites. 3) The bioaccumulation factor of K in body muscle of H group was higher than that in group N and R, while the bioaccumulation factors of Cd, Cu and Mo were lower than that in group N and R (P<0.05). The bioaccumulation factors of K and Sr in coelom fluid of H group were higher than that in group N and R, while that of Cd and Cu were lower than that in group N and R (P<0.05), maybe the different disturbance changed the distribution or binding state of these elements. Conclusion S. nudus had important value of development and utilizaiton for there were rich mineral elements in the body muscle and coelomic fluid. The bioaccumulation abilities of different elements were different, and some elements in S. nudus were affected by sediment.
