| 海洋是全球药物研发的重要宝库，近年来国家大力实施“蓝色经济”战略，加大开发海洋生物医药产业的投入，逐步构建“蓝色药库”。传统海洋中药是中国“蓝色药库”的重要组成部分，相对于丰富的海洋药物资源，传统海洋中药亟待创新和发展。传统海洋中药的创新工程是针对制约海洋中药发展的关键科学问题，尤其是海洋中药新资源开发和创新药物研制的理论和方法学瓶颈，在传承历代海洋中药用药经验和临床思辨基础上，以创新海洋中药理论和研发模式，构筑以海洋中药为主体的传统“蓝色药库”，建设1个国内外传统海洋中药信息资源规模最大、功能最完善的公共知识服务平台为目标，对海洋中药性效毒评价和质量控制技术难题展开攻关，推动资源量大、功效机制和物质基础明确的海洋中药进入《中国药典》，精准开发一批临床确有疗效的海洋中药复方新产品；同时借鉴和创新青蒿素研发模式，发现一系列海洋中药来源的活性化合物，促进海洋中药原创新药的研发，扩大海洋中药的临床应用。本文对发展传统海洋中药创新工程的研究现状、关键问题和构筑传统“蓝色药库”的前景进行了分析和阐述。 |

Innovation of marine traditional Chinese medicine is a key scientific problem restricting the development of marine traditional Chinese medicine, especially the theoretical and methodological bottleneck of the development of new resources and innovative drugs of marine traditional Chinese medicine.
