      岩藻糖作为动物体内常见的单糖之一,是动物肠道上皮细胞及肠道微生物表面糖蛋白的重要糖基组成成分。岩藻糖及海洋生物中富含岩藻糖的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯,既可作为肠道微生物的碳源和能量物质,也与肠道微生物的黏附、定植以及肠道细胞免疫调节息息相关,对肠道微生物与宿主的共生及维持人类肠道健康有重要作用。本文对岩藻糖及岩藻聚糖硫酸酯对肠道微生物的营养调控、肠道微生物与宿主共生及肠炎等疾病的影响进行综述,为肠炎等相关疾病的防治提供有用参考。
English Summary:
      Fucose, a common monosaccharide in animals, is an important glycosyl group of the glycoproteins on the surface of animal intestinal epithelial cells and gut microbiota. Fucose and fucose-rich fucoidan in marine organisms, are both not only the carbon and energy source of gut microbes, but also closely related to the adhesion, colonization of gut microbes and immune regulation of intestinal cells. They play important roles in gut microbia-host symbiosis and the human intestinal health. This paper reviewed the effects of fucose and fucoidan on nutritional regulation of intestinal microorganisms, the symbiosis between gut microbia and host and gut disorder such as enteritis, so as to provide useful reference for the prevention and treatment of enteritis and other related diseases.
