      目的 对采自中国广西北海涠洲岛海域的双尖山海绵Mycale biacuta进行深入系统的化学成分研究。方法 综合利用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等分离手段,结合NMR、MS等波谱数据分析并对比文献数据,对双尖山海绵M. Biacuta中的化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果 从双尖山海绵M. biacuta中分离鉴定了16个化合物,包括1个三萜:角鲨烯(1),6个芳香类化合物:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(2),(2,4-二氯苯基)-2,4-二氯苯甲酸酯(3),对-羟基苯甲醛(4),p-hydroxybenzoylcarbinol(5),苯乙酸(6),E-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-buten-3-one(7),5个吲哚类生物碱:1,3-二氢-2H-吲哚-2-酮(8),3-吲哚甲酸(9),5-吲哚甲醛(10),3-(propan-2-yliden)indolin-2-one(11),3'',3''-dimethylspiro[indolin-3,2''-oxiran]-2-one(12)和4个核苷:腺嘌呤(13),脱氧腺苷(14),2''-脱氧尿苷(15)和胸苷(16)。结论 化合物1~16为首次从双尖山海绵M. biacuta中获得;化合物11和12为新天然产物。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the chemical constitutions of sponge Mycale biacuta. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated thin layer chromatography, silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including NMR and MS, and by comparison with the data of literatures. Results Sixteen known compounds were isolated from sponge Mycale biacuta, including a triterpene, squalene (1), six aromatics, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (2), (2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-dichlorobenzoate (3), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4), p-hydroxybenzoylcarbinol (5), phenylacetic acid (6), E-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-buten-3-one (7), five indolealkaloids, 1,3-dihydro-2H-indole-2-one (8), 3-indolecarboxylic acid (9), indole-5-carboxaldehyde (10), 3-(propan-2-yliden) indolin-2-one (11),3'',3''-dimethylspiro[indolin-3,2''-oxiran]-2-one (12), and four nucleosides, adenosine (13), deoxyadenosine (14), 2''-deoxyuridine (15), and thymidine (16). Conclusions Compound 1~16 were isolated from this species for the first time. Compounds 11 and 12 were new natural products.
