      摘要:目的 优化接骨木果实中花青素的提取工艺。方法 以花青素得率为响应值,分别考察提取溶剂、pH值、提取温度、料液比、提取时间、溶剂浓度等几个因素对接骨木果实中花青素得率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法中的Box-Behnken设计,优化接骨木果实中花青素的提取工艺参数。结果 接骨木果实中花青素提取的最优工艺条件为:以69%乙醇(pH2)为提取溶剂,料液比为1:40,在49 ℃下提取30 min,花青素得率为2.535 mg/g。结论 接骨木果实中花青素实测值与响应面模型高度拟合。该方法能合理优化接骨木果实中花青素的提取工艺。
English Summary:
      Abstract: Objective To optimize the extraction technology of anthocyandin from the fruits of Sambucus williamsii Hance. Methods With the content of anthocyandin as index, the influence factors of yield in Sambucus williamsii Hance such as extraction solvent, pH, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and solvent concentration were studied. On the basis of single factor experiments, the Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Results The optimal extraction condition was as follows: with 69% ethanol (pH2) as the extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, extracting 30min at 49 ℃. Under this condition, the yield of anthocyanin was up to 2.535mg/g. Conclusion The measured value of anthocyandin from the fruits of Sambucus williamsii Hance was similar to the regression model predicted by response surface method, and fitted well with the regression model. Therefore this method could be used for optimizing the extraction process of anthocyandin in the species of Sambucus williamsii Hance.
