      目的对海洋链霉菌WBF7的发酵条件进行优化.提高抗肿瘤活性物质的产量。方法采用单因素实验、正交实验,应用MTT法,检测发酵液活性的变化.对其发酵条件进行优化。结果抗肿瘤活性代谢产物产生的最优发酵培养基确定为:蔗糖4%,马铃薯20%,酵母粉0.4%和氯化钙0.18%,陈海水.pH7.2。最佳发酵时间为7d。结论以最优发酵条件发酵WBF7,其发酵液的活性明显提高。
English Summary:
      Objective To optimize fermentation conditions of marine streptornyces WBF7 with antitumor activity.Methods Fermentation conditions were optimized using single-factor ex- periment and the orthogonal matrix method on the base of activity(ID_(50))of broth by MTT assay.Results Optimum fermentation conditions of antitumor metabolizes production:su- crose 4%,potato 20%,yeast extract 0.4%,CaCl_2 0.18%,sea water,adjusted to pH 7.2, and optimum fermentation time 7d.Conclusion The antitumour activity of the fermentation liquid of marine Streptornyces WBF7 was significantly increased under the given optimum conditions.
