| 目的：为甲壳质类化合物建立含量测定方法，方法：通过化学实验，证明甲壳质属多糖化合物，因而进行多糖含量测定方法的筛选。结果：以酚类与甲壳质类产生显色反应，进行分光光度法测定甲壳素的含量，取得较满意效果。结论：以间苯二酚为显色剂进行甲壳质多糖含量测定，是可行有效且非常有用方法。 |

| Objetive: To establish the method for quantitative determination of chitins compound. Method: Pass through chemical experiment to prae that the chitins compound is belong a species of polysaccharose. There is a reason for screening the method of determination of polysaccharose. Result: To produce color reaction between chitins and phenols that for spectrophotometry to determine the chitins compound, and that obtaining satisfied result. Conclusion: Using the resorcinol to serve as color-development reagent for quantitantive determination of polysaccharose in chitins compound. It's an effective feasible and very useful method. |
