      研究了90V/cm电场强度下截留相对分子质量为10000的PAN膜错流超滤分离粘多糖的分子截留特性,采用凝胶过滤色谱法测定超滤透过液中粘多糖相对分子质量分布,并利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析超滤分离超多糖组分和负电性。研究结果表明:在电场作用下,超滤透过液中粘多糖相对分子质量由1700Da增加到22000Da,并能够显著地增加带电性的负电性的酸性粘多糖的膜截留率,选择性地透过中性粘多糖分子。
English Summary:
      The molecular retention characteristic for mucopolysaccharides through PAN ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular cut-off of 10 000Da under an electric field of 90V/cm electric strength were investigated.The mucopolysaccharides molecular in the permeation solution was measured by gel filtration chromatogaphy and the negatively charged properties of mucopolysaccharides were analyzed by alga gel electrophoresis.These results demonstrated that an electric field can increase the molecular weight distributions of mucopolysaccharides in the permeate from 1 700Da to 22 000Da and the retention of membrane for acid mucopolysaccharides with stronger negative charges,and there fore the neutral mucopolysaccharids selectivel transport through ultrafiltration membrane.
