      慢性肺心病36例,随机分为2组,甘糖酯组18例在常规治疗基础上加用PGMS200mg于5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液500ml中静滴,qd,共10d。并与常规治疗组18例对照。结果:治疗后2组脂质过氧化物的均显著降低。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及过氧经氢酶均显著升高;经组间比较,LPO的
English Summary:
      36 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were divided into 2 groups at random. 18 patients (M14, F4; age 65 11 y) received proplylene glucol mannurate sulphate (PGMS) 200 mg in 5% glucose in normal saline 500 ml iv drip qd and 18 patiants (M 13. F5? age 67 6 y) received routine treatment served as control, all were treated for 10 d. The values of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) and GSH-Px/LPO (lipoper-oxide) in 2 groups were all increased distinctly, the level of LPO in 2 groups fell ( P <0. 01). But the increase of CAT and the decrease distinctly, the level of LPO in PGMS group were greater than those in routine treatment group ( P <0. 05).
