| 摘 要:目的 揭示条斑紫菜的特征脂质,探讨抗衰老作用的潜在活性成分及可能作用途径。方法 收集10批条斑紫菜,采用改良的Folch法提取总脂,分别利用UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240和GC-MS法分析脂质组成及脂肪酸种类,运用网络药理学构建“特征脂质-核心靶点-衰老通路”网络。结果 条斑紫菜含有140个共有脂质分子,包括21个甘油酯、58个甘油糖脂和61个甘油磷脂,其中半乳糖甘油酯的分子种数目相对较多,脂肪酸C16:0和C20:5 n-3是构成复合脂质的主要单元。网络药理学提示,LPG 20:4、MGDG 18:1/16:0、MGDG 20:5/20:5、DGDG 20:5/16:0和PC 18:1/18:3等分子可能通过PI3K-Akt、MAPK、胰岛素抵抗等信号通路发挥抗衰老作用,主要靶点涉及PRKCQ、BCL2L1、STAT3和AKT1等。结论 条斑紫菜富含多不饱和脂肪酸复合脂质,具有抗衰老潜力,本研究为条斑紫菜的高值化开发利用提供依据。 |

| Objective To reveal the characteristic lipids of Pyropia yezoensis and investigate the potential active components with anti-aging effects and their possible mechanisms. Methods Total lipids were extracted from 10 batches of Pyropia yezoensis using a modified Folch method. The lipid composition and fatty acid profiles were analyzed by UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240 and GC-MS, respectively. A " characteristic lipids-core targets- aging pathways " network was constructed using network pharmacology. Results Pyropia yezoensis contained 140 common lipid molecules, including 21 glycerolipids, 58 glycoglycerolipids and 61 glycerophospholipids. Among them, galactoglycerolipids were relatively abundant, with C16:0 and C20:5 n-3 serving as the major structural units of complex lipids. Network pharmacology analysis suggested that LPG 20:4, MGDG 18:1/16:0、MGDG 20:5/20:5、DGDG 20:5/16:0和PC 18:1/18:3exert anti-aging effects through the PI3K-Akt, MAPK and insulin resistance signaling pathways, with key targets including PRKCQ, BCL2L1, STAT3 and AKT1. Conclusion Pyropia yezoensis is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acid-containing complex lipids and exhibits anti-aging potential. This study provides a basis for the high-value utilization of Pyropia yezoensis. |
