| 海洋青霉属真菌为适应高压、高盐、低温、低氧和低光照等特殊环境而进化出独特的代谢途径和防御系统,并产生包括聚酮类、生物碱类和萜类等结构新颖和活性显著的次生代谢产物,这些化合物具有抗菌、细胞毒、抗炎和酶抑制等生物活性。海洋青霉属真菌作为具有多种化学结构和生物活性的新型天然产物的来源,在新型药物开发中具有潜在的应用前景。在本综述中,介绍了2021到2024年海洋来源青霉真菌次生代谢产物的来源、结构和生物活性。 |

| In order to adapt to the special environment of high pressure, high salt, low temperature, low oxygen and low light, marine-derived Penicillium genus has evolved a unique metabolic pathway and defense system, and produces secondary metabolites with novel structures, including polyketides, alkaloids, and terpenoids, and significant activity, such as antibacterial, cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, and enzyme inhibition. As a source of novel natural products with a variety of chemical structures and biological activities, marine-derived Penicillium have potential applications in the development of novel drugs. In this review, the sources, structures, and biological activities of secondary metabolites from marine-derived Penicillium fungi during 2021-2024 are presented. |
