| 目的 通过化学改性低聚甘露糖醛酸 (LPM)和低聚古罗糖醛酸 (LPG)获取LPM/LPG-磷酸酯(LPMP/LPGP)、LPM/LPG-氢磷酸酯(LPMHP/LPGHP)和LPM/LPG-硫酸酯(LPMS/LPGS)一系列低聚褐藻胶无机酸酯,探讨其体外抗DNA病毒与RNA病毒的活性,同时揭示取代基和甘露糖醛酸/古罗糖醛酸(PM/PG)多糖骨架对其活性的影响。方法 通过GUAVA小流式、实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)实验,检测低聚褐藻胶无机酸酯抗病毒活性及量效关系。结果 LPMS与LPGS均具有较好的抗VSV与HSV病毒作用,并呈剂量依赖性,但抗病毒效果LPGS优于LPMS。结论 硫酸盐基团是提高LPM/LPG抗病毒活性的最佳取代基,且基于PG结构的硫酸衍生物的活性优于基于PM结构的硫酸衍生物。 |

| Objective A series of LPM/LPG-phosphate (LPMP/LPGP), LPM/LPG-hydrogen phosphate (LPMHP/LPGHP), and LPM/LPG-sulfate (LPMS/LPGS) compounds have been obtained by chemically modifying oligomannuronic acid (LPM) and oligoguluronic acid (LPG), which have been tested for antiviral activity in vitro and revealed the effect of substituent and mannuronic acid/guluronic acid (PM/PG) polysaccharide backbone on their activities.
