| 目的 对新型药物和基因递送载体SSN-2在海洋药物领域的应用和安全性进行评价。方法 通过细胞转染、荧光拍照、MTT法和溶血实验评估SSN-2的递送效果与安全性。结果 SSN-2可以吸附和递送外源siRNA至哺乳动物细胞、原代细胞和萨氏海鞘受精卵,是一种优秀的药物和基因递送工具。 SSN-2无明显的细胞毒性和生理溶血性。结论 SSN-2是一个安全有效的遗传工具,为海洋生物和海洋药物研究提供了新工具。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application and safety of new drug and gene delivery vector SSN-2 in the field of Marine medicine. Methods The delivery efficiency and safety of SSN-2 were evaluated by cell transfection, fluorescence photography, MTT assay and hemolysis analysis. Results SSN-2 could adsorb and delivery the exogenous siRNA to Mammalian cells, primary cells, and fertilized eggs of Ciona savignyi as an excellent delivery vehicle for drugs and genes. SSN-2 has no obvious cytotoxicity and physiological hemolysis. Conclusion SSN-2 is a safe and effective genetic tool that provides a new tool for the study of Marine organisms and Marine drugs. |
