| In recent years, the extraction and purification technology of astaxanthin has been optimized. Such as microwave-assisted, ultrasonic-assisted, supercritical fluid extraction and other methods that can significantly increase extraction yield. Column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography are the most common means of purification. This paper provides an overview of the extraction and purification methods, in order to provide a reference for the combined utilization of extraction and purification methods, and promote the efficient acquisition of astaxanthin. |
